Plan and Subscription Management
Your aprity plan determines which features are available, how many scans you can run, and how many orgs you can connect. This guide covers how plans work, how to check your current plan, and how to upgrade.
How plans work
aprity offers three plans: Documentation, Intelligence, and a 14-day Trial. Each plan is associated with an activation code that you enter during registration.
Documentation plan
- Scans: 1 scan per week.
- Delivery: full documentation through the aprity web portal (no downloadable files).
- Scope: whole-org documentation.
- Analysis depth: full — Global Analysis, Business Rule Evolution, Technical Analysis, Integration Inventory, Security Baseline, Experience Cloud, Execution Graph viewer.
- Languages: all six (EN, FR, ES, DE, IT, PT).
- Data retention: 12 months.
- Scheduled scans: supported.
- Agents and publishing: not included — no Help Agent, Story Agent, On-Demand Docs, Remote MCP, BYOLLM, Agentforce, Configuration Audit, Confluence, or Salesforce Knowledge publishing (upgrade to Intelligence for these).
Intelligence plan
- Scans: 7 scans per week.
- Delivery: web portal plus the full Assist agent suite and publishing integrations.
- Agents: On-Demand Docs (50/month), Help Agent (1,000 questions/month), Story Agent (100 credits/month), Remote MCP Server (5,000 tool calls/month), Agentforce.
- Configuration Audit: included (configuration anomaly report).
- Publishing: Salesforce Knowledge and Confluence.
- BYOLLM: bring your own LLM endpoint.
- Data retention: unlimited.
Trial plan
- Duration: a fixed 14-day evaluation window from registration.
- Scans: 4 scans total across the trial lifetime.
- Scope: only 3 objects are documented (so a prospect cannot harvest the full org for free).
- Features: the full Intelligence feature surface except BYOLLM and Configuration Audit, with reduced quotas — Help Agent 100 questions/month, Story Agent 10 credits/month, On-Demand Docs 10/month, Remote MCP 500 tool calls/month.
- Data retention: 1 month.
- Auto-expiration: when the trial ends, you can still view previously generated documentation but can no longer launch new scans.
- Upgrade path: enter a paid activation code in Settings to upgrade without reinstalling the package.
Trial scans are limited. Plan your first scan carefully to get the most value. See Scan Strategy for guidance on what to document first.
Paid plans (Documentation, Intelligence)
Paid plans are activated via an activation code issued by your aprity account manager. Paid plans do not expire as long as the subscription is active.
Feature auto-enrichment
When you launch a scan, aprity automatically enables every feature your plan is entitled to, even if you did not explicitly request them. For example:
- A Documentation plan tenant launching a scan automatically gets Global Analysis enabled.
- An Intelligence plan tenant automatically gets Execution Graph data generated and agents available.
You do not need to configure individual features. If your plan includes it, it is enabled.
If you request a feature that is not included in your plan, the scan is rejected with a 403 error indicating the feature requires a different plan.
Checking your current plan
In the aprity app
- Open the aprity app in Salesforce.
- The home screen displays your current plan name.
- Open the Usage & Quotas page for detailed information including:
- Plan name
- Connected orgs count
- Remaining scan budget (for plans with a finite scan quota)
- Feature entitlements
- Assist agent monthly usage versus quota, and the reset date
The Usage & Quotas page focuses on what your tenant is consuming against its quotas — it does not show commercial pricing. Prices live only on the aprity website and your billing arrangement.
Plan indicators in the UI
Certain features display plan badges or are hidden when not included:
- The Execution Graph tab is only visible when the Execution Graph feature is enabled.
- The Schedule tab is only visible when scheduled scans are enabled.
- Agent tabs (Help Agent, Story Agent, On-Demand Docs) are hidden on the Documentation plan.
Upgrading your plan
From Trial to a paid plan
- Contact sales@aprity.ai to discuss the right plan for your team.
- You will receive a new activation code.
- In the aprity app, open the Settings tab.
- Enter the new activation code and click Activate.
- Your plan is upgraded immediately. No reinstallation is required.
From Documentation to Intelligence
The process is the same as upgrading from Trial:
- Obtain a new activation code for the Intelligence plan.
- Enter it in Settings > Activation Code.
- Features become available immediately upon activation.
What happens to existing data
Upgrading your plan does not affect existing scan results or generated documentation. All previously generated documentation remains accessible. New features become available for subsequent scans.
