Welcome to aprity
aprity reads the metadata of your Salesforce org and turns it into documentation your whole team can read: objects and fields, business rules, automations, integrations and functional processes, explained in business language. Everything is published in the aprity web portal, a secure website your team signs in to with their Salesforce account.
aprity reads metadata only (the configuration of your org), never your business records.
What you get
- Documentation of your org -- every documented object with its fields, relationships, rules and automations; functional processes; integrations with external systems; Experience Cloud sites; OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, Expression Sets, Decision Matrices).
- Facts first, AI second -- aprity first computes what your org contains and how its components depend on each other, without AI. AI is then used to explain those facts in plain language, not to invent them.
- Verified documentation -- each published version comes with a fidelity certificate that shows how much of the documentation was checked against your org, and with what result.
- A migration backlog -- an Epic / Feature / User story breakdown generated from your documentation, ready to hand to a delivery team.
- Change tracking -- each analysis can compare your business rules with the previous one and show what was added, modified or removed.
- AI assistants (Intelligence and Trial plans) -- an Org Expert that answers questions about your org, a user-story assistant and on-demand documentation, plus access for AI clients such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and GitHub Copilot through the Remote MCP Server.
- Six languages -- documentation in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian or Portuguese, on every plan.

The portal lives at your own address, for example https://your-company.app.aprity.ai. People sign in with Sign in with Salesforce; aprity never stores their password.

How it works
- Install the aprity managed package in your Salesforce org.
- Register your org with the activation code aprity gave you.
- Connect aprity to your org: create an External Client App and verify the connection. The setup wizard guides you through each step.
- Analyze -- start an analysis from the aprity app.
- Read -- open the web portal once the analysis completes.
Plans
aprity has three plans: Documentation, Intelligence, and a 14-day Trial. Every plan includes the web portal, the full documentation of your org and all six languages.
