aprity is an enterprise SaaS platform that automatically generates comprehensive documentation from your Salesforce metadata. It connects directly to your Salesforce org, analyzes your configuration, builds a dependency graph, and produces professional documentation using AI-powered analysis.

What aprity does​

aprity turns your Salesforce org into structured, readable documentation. Here is what the platform delivers:

  • Metadata extraction -- aprity reads your objects, fields, flows, validation rules, triggers, Apex classes, and more directly from your org.
  • Dependency analysis -- It builds a deterministic dependency graph showing how your components relate to each other.
  • AI-powered documentation -- Using the dependency graph and metadata as input, aprity generates functional and technical documentation that explains what your org does and why.
  • Web portal delivery -- Documentation is delivered through the aprity web portal on every plan. Salesforce Knowledge and Confluence publishing are available on Intelligence and Trial plans.
  • Multi-language support -- Generate documentation in English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese. All six languages are available on every plan.

How it works​

The aprity workflow has four steps:

  1. Install -- Add the aprity managed package to your Salesforce org from AppExchange.
  2. Connect -- Configure JWT Bearer authentication so aprity can securely read your metadata.
  3. Generate -- Select your language and scope, then run a scan.
  4. Read -- Browse your generated documentation in the aprity web portal.

Plans​

aprity is offered in three plans: Documentation, Intelligence, and a 14-day Trial. All plans include the web portal, full analysis depth, and all six languages. Intelligence and Trial add the Assist agents (Help Agent, Story Agent, On-Demand Docs), the Remote MCP Server, and the publishing integrations (Salesforce Knowledge, Confluence).
