How to Export and Share Scan Results
After a scan completes, you can download the generated documentation in any of the formats you selected. This guide explains how to export and share results.
Steps
- Open the aprity app in Salesforce.
- Navigate to the Analyses tab.
- Find the completed scan you want to export.
- Open the scan detail view.
- In the Downloads section, you will see a button for each format that was generated.
- Click the format button (e.g., Download PDF, Download DOCX) to download the file.

Download links are available for all formats that were selected when the scan was launched. If you need a format that was not included, run a new scan with that format selected.

Sharing Options
- Direct download: Download the file and share it via email, Slack, or any file sharing tool.
- Confluence publishing: Published pages are immediately accessible to your Confluence users. See How to Publish to Confluence.

For recurring distribution, set up a scheduled scan and publish to Confluence. This keeps your team's documentation automatically up to date without manual downloads.
