How to Set Up Agentforce
Agentforce allows aprity to integrate with Salesforce's AI agent framework. This guide walks you through the setup wizard.
Prerequisites
- Enterprise plan with the Agentforce feature enabled.
- Aprity_Admin permission set.
- Salesforce org with Agentforce capabilities.
Steps
- Open the aprity app in Salesforce.
- Navigate to the Agentforce tab.
- aprity runs an automatic prerequisites check to verify your org is ready.
- If all prerequisites pass, click Start Setup to launch the 4-step wizard.
Step 1: Verify Org Compatibility
The wizard confirms that your Salesforce org meets the requirements for Agentforce integration. If any checks fail, follow the on-screen guidance to resolve them.
Step 2: Install Premium Package
Install the aprity Agentforce premium package component. The wizard provides the installation link. Follow the standard Salesforce package installation flow.
Step 3: Configure Agent Actions
Map aprity documentation actions to your Agentforce agent configuration. The wizard guides you through the required action mappings.
Step 4: Activate
Review your configuration and click Activate to enable the integration.
The Agentforce setup is a one-time process. Once activated, the integration runs automatically with each scan.
