How to Upgrade Your Plan
Upgrading your aprity plan unlocks additional features, formats, and capacity. This guide explains the available plans and how to upgrade.

How to Upgrade
From Trial to a Paid Plan
- Contact the aprity sales team at sales@aprity.ai.
- Select the plan that fits your needs.
- Receive your activation code.
- Enter the activation code in the aprity app when prompted.
From Starter or Professional to a Higher Plan
- Contact sales@aprity.ai or your aprity account representative.
- Your plan is upgraded on the backend with no reinstallation required.
When your plan is upgraded, aprity automatically enables the features included in your new plan. Previously unavailable format tiles and tabs become accessible immediately.
Feature Auto-Enrichment
When you run a scan after upgrading, aprity automatically enables features your new plan includes, even if you do not explicitly select them. For example, upgrading to Enterprise and running a scan will automatically include the execution graph and global analysis capabilities.
Trial Expiration
Trial accounts expire after 14 days. Before expiration, you will receive reminder emails at 5 days and 1 day before the trial ends. To continue using aprity, upgrade to a paid plan before or after expiration.
