Template Guidelines
Your custom template should include:
- Header and footer -- with your company logo and branding
- Heading styles -- Heading 1 through Heading 4 are used by aprity
- Body text style -- for paragraph content
- Table style -- for data tables in the documentation
- Page margins and orientation -- set to your corporate standard
info
aprity injects content into the template using Word styles. Ensure your template defines the standard Word heading and body text styles.
Managing Templates
- You can upload multiple templates and select the appropriate one per scan.
- To delete a template, contact support@aprity.ai.
- Templates are org-specific and not shared across connected orgs.
tip
Test your template with a small scan first to verify that styles render correctly before using it for a full org scan.
