aprity is expanding its integration ecosystem to connect your Salesforce documentation with the tools your team already uses. This page provides an overview of planned connectors and their expected capabilities.
The connectors listed on this page are on the aprity product roadmap but are not yet available. Timelines are subject to change. Subscribe to product updates at aprity.ai or contact your account manager for the latest information.
Notion
Status: Coming soon
The Notion connector will allow you to sync aprity-generated documentation to your Notion workspace.
Planned capabilities:
- Publish scan results as structured Notion pages.
- Organize documentation within a designated Notion database or page hierarchy.
- Update existing pages when new scans are run, keeping your workspace in sync.
- Support for Notion's rich formatting including tables, callouts, and toggles.
Use case: Teams that use Notion as their primary knowledge management tool will be able to centralize Salesforce org documentation alongside other internal documentation.
Jira
Status: Planned
The Jira connector will link aprity documentation to your Jira project for change management and impact analysis workflows.
Planned capabilities:
- Attach relevant aprity documentation to Jira tickets.
- Automatically suggest impacted components when creating change requests.
- Link scan results to specific Jira projects or epics.
Use case: Development and release management teams will be able to reference current org documentation directly from their Jira workflow, reducing context-switching during planning and code review.
Slack
Status: Planned
The Slack connector will deliver scan notifications and documentation summaries to your Slack channels.
Planned capabilities:
- Send notifications when scans complete (success, errors, or failure).
- Share documentation summaries or links in designated channels.
- Support for direct messages and channel-based notifications.
Use case: Teams will receive timely updates about documentation status without needing to check the aprity app directly, keeping everyone informed about org changes.
Google Drive
Status: Planned
The Google Drive connector will export generated documentation to your Google Drive.
Planned capabilities:
- Export documentation in supported formats (HTML, Markdown) to a designated Drive folder.
- Maintain folder structure matching the documentation hierarchy.
- Update existing files when new scans are run.
Use case: Organizations that use Google Workspace will be able to store and share Salesforce documentation within their existing file management structure.
