aprity is offered in three plans — Documentation, Intelligence, and a 14-day Trial. This page lists which features are included in each plan. For pricing, see aprity.ai or contact sales@aprity.ai; the exact quotas for your tenant are confirmed during onboarding.

Delivery and languages
Documentation is delivered through the aprity web portal — there are no downloadable documentation files on any plan. Every plan includes all six languages.

The six supported documentation languages are English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese.

Analysis depth
The paid plans (Documentation and Intelligence) document the whole org at full analysis depth — there are no item or object caps. The Trial runs the same analysis depth but documents only 3 objects (selected through the object picker, with a trial watermark).

Assist agents

Plan highlights
Documentation
The Documentation plan produces quality documentation of your Salesforce org, delivered entirely through the aprity web portal. It runs the full analysis depth — Global Analysis, Business Rule Evolution, Technical Analysis, Integration Inventory, Security Baseline, Experience Cloud coverage, and the Execution Graph viewer — over the whole org, in any of the six languages, with one scheduled scan per week. It does not include the Assist agents, the Remote MCP Server, ad-hoc queries, BYOLLM, the publishing integrations, Agentforce, or the Configuration Audit.
Intelligence
The Intelligence plan turns aprity into an enterprise business analyst. It includes everything in Documentation, plus the full Assist agent suite (On-Demand Docs, Help Agent, Story Agent) with finite monthly budgets, the Story Agent auto-export to Jira / Azure DevOps / Slack, the Remote MCP Server for AI clients (Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT) with a 5,000 / month tool-call quota, Salesforce Knowledge and Confluence publishing, Agentforce integration, the Configuration Audit report, and BYOLLM (bring your own LLM). It allows up to seven scans per week with unlimited data retention.
Trial
The Trial lets you evaluate aprity end-to-end on a real Salesforce org. It mirrors the Intelligence feature surface — full analysis depth, the Assist agents, the Remote MCP Server, the publishing integrations, and Agentforce — with reduced monthly budgets, a 4-scan lifetime cap, and only 3 documented objects across the whole trial (a lifetime cap shared by all trial scans, not 3 per scan; an object selector and watermark apply). The Intelligence features not included in the Trial are BYOLLM and the Configuration Audit.
