Trial Guide
The aprity Trial lets you evaluate aprity on a real Salesforce org for 14 days, free of charge. It includes almost everything in the Intelligence plan, with small limits so you can judge the quality on a few representative objects.
Getting a trial
- Request a trial on aprity.ai with your work email address.
- The aprity team reviews the request. Once it is approved, you receive an activation code by email.
- Install the aprity package, then register your org with that code. See the Setup Guide.
The 14 days start when you register your org with the trial code, not when you receive it.
What the trial includes
- Full analysis on the objects you choose: business rules, automations, functional processes, integrations, execution graph, security baseline, OmniStudio and Experience Cloud.
- The web portal, in any of the six languages (English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese).
- The AI assistants: Org Expert, Story Agent, on-demand documentation, and Agentforce.
- The Remote MCP server, to query your documentation from ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.
- Publishing to Salesforce Knowledge.
Not included in the trial: BYOLLM (your own model endpoint).

The assistant budgets and ticket count cover the whole trial; they do not reset.
The aprity app in Salesforce shows a trial banner with the days remaining and the scans used, and the analysis screen shows how many objects you can still add.
Because every plan allows at most one scan per week, your second trial scan can only start seven days after the first. Plan it for the second week of the trial.
Getting the most from your trial
- Use a representative org or sandbox that contains the customizations you care about: custom objects, flows, validation rules, triggers, Apex.
- Choose your 3 objects carefully. Pick objects central to your business with real automation, such as Account, Opportunity or a heavily customized custom object. Objects with no automation show little of what aprity does.
- Read the functional documentation in the portal for those objects: business rules, processes and the execution graph.
- Ask the Org Expert about those objects.
- Generate a few user stories with the Story Agent to see how it grounds them in your org.
- Check the fidelity certificate under Coverage and fidelity to see how the documentation was verified.
When the trial ends
You receive reminder emails 5 days and 1 day before the trial ends, and a notification when it has ended.
When the 14 days are over, the trial is suspended: you can no longer launch scans. To continue, choose a paid plan. See Upgrade Paths.
