Upgrade Paths
aprity plans are designed to grow with your team. You can upgrade at any time, and changes take effect immediately.
Available paths
Trial --> Documentation --> Intelligence
The Trial is a 14-day evaluation of the full Intelligence experience. When it ends, you can continue on Documentation (portal documentation) or Intelligence (documentation plus the Assist agents, Remote MCP, BYOLLM, and publishing integrations). You can also move from Documentation up to Intelligence at any time.
Downgrades are not self-service. If you need to move from Intelligence to Documentation, contact support@aprity.ai.
How to upgrade
To upgrade your plan, contact sales@aprity.ai. The aprity team will confirm the right plan for your needs (scan frequency, agent usage, feature requirements) and activate the upgrade. Once activated, the new plan applies immediately:
- Plan limits update. New scan and Assist agent budgets take effect right away.
- Feature auto-enrichment. aprity automatically enables every feature your new plan is entitled to -- you do not need to enable each one manually.
- Existing data is preserved. All previously generated documentation and scan history remain accessible.
Intelligence upgrades typically include a short conversation to configure BYOLLM (bring your own LLM) access, the publishing integrations (Salesforce Knowledge, Confluence), SLA terms, and any data residency requirements.

Upgrading from Trial
When upgrading from a Trial:
- The remaining trial period is replaced by the new plan.
- The Connected App configuration and JWT authentication remain in place -- no reinstallation is required.
- Any documentation generated during the trial remains accessible under the new plan's retention policy.
Frequently asked questions
Can I keep using the Assist agents after the Trial? The Assist agents (Help Agent, Story Agent, On-Demand Docs), the Remote MCP Server, and the publishing integrations are part of the Intelligence plan. If you continue on Documentation, those are not included -- upgrade to Intelligence to keep them.
Do I lose my data when upgrading? No. All existing scans, documentation, and configuration are preserved.
Can I try Intelligence features before committing? Yes. The Trial already mirrors the full Intelligence experience (except BYOLLM). For a guided walkthrough, contact sales@aprity.ai.
