Upgrade Paths

Trial ──> Documentation <──> Intelligence
  • From the Trial, you continue on Documentation or Intelligence.
  • You can move between Documentation and Intelligence in either direction.

Changing plan​

To choose a plan, convert a trial or switch between Documentation and Intelligence, contact the aprity team or your account manager at contact@aprity.ai.

Converting an existing trial

If you already evaluated aprity on a trial, tell the aprity team so your trial org is carried over to your plan.

What changes when you change plan​

  • The change applies to your tenant right away. Features included in the new plan become available; features not included are locked. A locked entry in the portal shows Not included in your plan.
  • Budgets follow the new plan. Assistant budgets and ticket quotas take the new plan's values. A converted trial switches from lifetime to monthly budgets.
  • Your documentation is kept. Existing versions stay readable in the portal.
  • No reinstallation. The Salesforce package, your External Client App and your users' permission sets stay as they are.

New analysis features apply from the next scan; documentation versions produced earlier are not regenerated.

After moving to Intelligence, an administrator can set up the new capabilities:

Moving to Documentation​

The AI assistants, the Remote MCP server, publishing integrations and BYOLLM are no longer available. The documentation itself is unchanged.

Frequently asked questions​

Can I keep the AI assistants after the trial? Yes, on the Intelligence plan. They are not part of Documentation.

Do I lose my data when I change plan? No. Documentation already generated stays available.

Can I try Intelligence before buying it? Yes. The Trial includes the Intelligence features except BYOLLM.
