Upgrade Paths

aprity plans are designed to grow with your team. You can upgrade at any time, and changes take effect immediately.

Available upgrade paths

Trial --> Starter --> Professional --> Enterprise

You can upgrade from any plan to any higher plan. Skipping tiers is supported (for example, upgrading directly from Trial to Professional).

Downgrades are not self-service. If you need to move to a lower plan, contact support@aprity.ai.

How to upgrade

Self-service (Trial, Starter, Professional)

  1. In the aprity app, go to Settings > Subscription.
  2. Click Upgrade Plan.
  3. Select your desired plan.
  4. Complete the checkout process.
  5. Your new plan is active immediately.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans require a conversation with the aprity sales team to configure your specific needs (custom templates, BYOLLM, SLA terms, etc.).

  • Contact sales@aprity.ai to start the process.
  • Your account manager will prepare a proposal based on your org count, scan frequency, and feature requirements.

What happens when you upgrade

Immediate changes

  • Plan limits increase immediately. New scan quotas, org limits, and feature access take effect right away.
  • Feature auto-enrichment. When you upgrade, aprity automatically enables all features your new plan is entitled to. You do not need to manually enable each feature.
  • Existing data is preserved. All previously generated documentation and scan history remain accessible.

Billing

  • Upgrades are prorated. You are credited for the unused portion of your current billing period.
  • The new plan's pricing applies from the upgrade date.

Upgrading from Trial

When upgrading from a Trial plan:

  • Your remaining trial period is replaced by the new plan.
  • The Connected App configuration and JWT authentication remain in place -- no reinstallation needed.
  • Any documentation generated during the trial remains accessible under the new plan's retention policy.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add more orgs without changing plans? The number of connected orgs is fixed per plan (1 for Starter, 3 for Professional, unlimited for Enterprise). To add more orgs, upgrade to the next plan tier.

Do I lose my data when upgrading? No. All existing scans, documentation, and configuration are preserved.
