aprity is an enterprise platform that automatically generates functional, technical, and compliance-ready documentation from your Salesforce metadata. It extracts your org configuration, computes dependency graphs, and uses AI to explain what exists in plain language.
aprity works with Enterprise, Unlimited, Developer, and Performance editions. It requires API access (Salesforce API enabled). Essentials and Professional editions without API access are not supported.
aprity uses JWT Bearer authentication, the most secure server-to-server method. You upload a certificate to a Connected App, and aprity authenticates without ever storing your password.
Yes. aprity is hosted on Azure (France Central), uses HMAC-authenticated APIs, tenant-isolated storage, and encrypts all data at rest and in transit. Metadata content can be purged after documentation is generated.
Depending on your plan: Markdown, HTML, Word (DOCX), PDF, Salesforce Knowledge articles, and Confluence pages. Trial plans include Markdown, HTML, and PDF.
It depends on the size of your org. A typical scan with 50-100 metadata items takes 5-15 minutes. Larger orgs (500+ items) can take 30-60 minutes. You can track progress in real time.
Yes. Starter plans support 1 org, Professional supports up to 3, and Enterprise supports unlimited orgs.
aprity generates documentation in 6 languages: English, French, Spanish, German, Italian, and Portuguese. Starter plans are limited to English only.
After 14 days, scan functionality is disabled but you can still access previously generated documentation. Upgrade to a paid plan to continue generating new documentation.
Enterprise plans include BYOLLM (Bring Your Own LLM), letting you use your own Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenAI API keys for documentation generation.
